What is GreenWaveX About?

As the website states, they are a UK-based organization, traders who enjoy working with them can access their services anywhere in the world.

The interests of the trader are first and foremost at GWX. This is the reason they offer help in the regions and are accessible to all traders worldwide. They deliver on their promise to clients through actions rather than just words. The mission is to offer all traders worldwide a single platform, a fair atmosphere, transparent trading solutions, and new opportunities. The goal is to use cutting-edge technology to make trading with a variety of products smarter, easier, and faster.

What is GreenWaveX Offering to Its Clients?

They provide their customers with six different account categories, each with a different set of benefits

Is GreenWaveX licensed?

Iron Tulip Limited, a licensed investment dealer overseen by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius, claims to be the sole and exclusive operator of GreenWaveX. GreenWaveX, however, also claims to be the trading name of GreenWaveX Limited, another offshore business established in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Look at this:

GreenWaveX Fake Liscense

As a result, it is unclear who exactly is the company behind the website and where it may be headquartered and incorporated. GreenWaveX also claims to have its headquarters in the UK, which would have required approval from the regional financial authorities, deepening our uncertainty.

GreenWaveX FCA

But let’s start with the alleged Mauritian license held by GreenWaveX. Iron Tulip Limited is a firm that can be located in the FSC registries, but we are unable to directly link it to GreenWaveX because the licensing information contains no information on its domain name.

In addition, we found a reference in the broker’s Terms and Conditions that stated “the agreement is governed by the laws of the Marshall Islands, and the parties hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Marshall Islands courts.”

This basically means that GreenWaveX is represented by a Marshall Islands-based, virtually anonymous offshore business that is not regulated anywhere, not even by an offshore body like the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius.

Can GreenWaveX be trusted? We don’t think so as there is a lot of material on their terms & conditions on the website that is missing. The terms and conditions give the business legal support and safeguard investors legally; however, we discovered that the website is lacking any such documents. This would increase concerns that the site is a scam.

Additionally, if GreenWaveX truly had its headquarters in the UK, it would also have had to be licensed and authorized by the local Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which is also obviously not the case.

GreenWaveX opinions on review sites, social media, and contact information.

According to the evaluations on other websites, such as Scam Advisor, the response has been mixed. This is because some websites consider GreenWaveX to be legitimate, while others consider it to be a scam. Is GreenWaveX Legit? Even if the website has a high rating, there are still indications that it is not a legitimate business, which leads us to conclude that it is a scam.

The owner of the website is concealing his or her identity by using a paid service on WHOIS. The website does not receive a lot of visitors and the website popularity is low. The payment options for this online store are anonymous. There is no phone number listed. Its Facebook page can be found at https://www.facebook.com/GWXGlobal. The page has a poor rating, there is no engagement (comments or replies), and there is no review. In addition, no email address is supplied.
