ALERT | Smart FX Capitals Review: Is it Legit or a Scam

Smart FX Capitals claims to be regulated by a number of different forex regulators. These are: 

• “US Financial Services Authority (UFSA)”;
• “French Prudential Supervisory Authority (ACP)”;
• the Germany Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin);
• the Spain Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV); 
• FINANSTILSYNET (Danish FSA);
• the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA)

The United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA) has issued a warning that Smart FX Capitals provides financial services in the UK without authorization. Moreover, the company is not regulated by any regulators, it is all a lie. This means that the money of the investors cannot be protected under the law. This screams that the company is a scam! 

Another point to note is that two of the agencies mentioned are not forex regulators. The forex regulators in the USA and France are the National Futures Association (NFA) of the United States and the France Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). However, we did not find any matching results in either NFA or AMF. This means that Smartfxcapitals is not regulated in the USA or France. 

We also searched BaFin, CNMV, and Danish FSA, and there were no results found here either. Smartfxcapitals is not regulated by any of the mentioned watchdogs.

The company is not regulated by any regulators and investing your money here is completely unsafe. There was a lot of missing information regarding the terms and conditions of the website as well. These provide legal backing for a company and there were no such documents found on the website. This raises our suspicions regarding the company even more.
